Budget items must support and be directly related to the Community Volunteer activity. The following costs are not acceptable/covered under the Community Volunteer grant and should not be part of your activity costs when applying:
1. Costs related to any kind/form of advertising and/or promotions.
2. Costs/fees/payments for items/services, e.g., fees for paid professionals/trade services, and/or electronics or appliances.
3. Costs for substance-focused activities or for the purchase of consumable goods such as alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and/or vapes, etc.
4. Costs for travel or accommodation expenses for either member host and/or attendees.
5. Costs for gambling/betting/wagering-focused activities or lottery-related activities, e.g., bingo, casinos, raffles, and/or draws.
6. No donations, sponsorships and/or gift cards.
